In the past decades, the development of art in Hong Kong has been heavily influenced by the interfacing of the Chinese and Western cultures therefore giving rise to its multi-faceted and diversified uniqueness. On this occasion, the exhibition showcases the artworks of almost 300 artists, each and every one of them possesses their own personal characteristics, styles and qualities. These authentic artworks are creative involving the adoptions of a myriad of media such as ink, oil, sculpture or display installation. They are a testament to the uniqueness of art in Hong Kong, demonstrating its wide range of possibilities.
